Life changing.. those are the words that sum up my experience with Oregon Man Clinics and Dr. Russ. I had been on a medical hamster wheel for years, chasing a way to feel good again. Test after test came back “normal”, concerns of potential autoimmune disorders were brought up and eventually dismissed. I had changed my eating to gluten and dairy free and bought every supplement and magical “fix” I could find. I tried to exercise, thinking that maybe I could just push through the ever present exhaustion and body pain. None of these things provided anything beyond minimal and short lived results. Then I met Dr Russ through my husband (a happy OMC patient for years) Thank you, Dr Russ for inviting me in and offering to help, for your time and patience in explaining everything, for not telling me my symptoms were “normal” for women my age and for getting me back in the game of life! I’m still early in the journey, but I already feel amazing! I had forgotten what it was like to feel this good. Keep doing what you do OMC!
